The new high\intermediate paraglider from Windtech is a revolutionary

This is the first Sport wing certified in a lower EN B category and the
result of extensive design and research work, and three years of testing
and development of prototypes. The Zenith has the speed, agility and
stability like no other wing in the market. The safety in
the air is simply amazing and the capacity of lift in weak and broken
thermals incomparable. The maximum glide is by far the best in the Sport
category and it can compete with Open Class wing in certain conditions.
The new Zenith tension cut and the stiffness of its unique profile make
it possible to use the full potential of its flat polar curve and high
speed during any XC flight.

«Evolution» improves
several aspects of the previous version. The SBS system makes the wing
lighter and improves the take off and the maximum speed characteristics.
The SBS wire is bent making a circle over itself and improves the batten
stiffness. They are placed away from the sewing and any other fragile
part of the canopy that may be affected by frictions or crashes.
Therefore the SBS system wears better and the paraglider life is
expanded.
The certifications of theZenith
«Evolution»are
the same (B) as the previous version and now it has a new colour
combination with the leading edge white making it more attractive and
easy to recognize in the air.
The Zenith is a
Sport intermediate wing rated EN B for the ambitious XC pilots searching
for glide and speed without compromising safety. It replaces the Tecno but maintains the same famous handling and
stability in accelerated flight meanwhile the glide and speed is simple
amazing for its class. We firmly believe this is the most cutting edge cross country
Sport wing in the market, many pilots will be attracted to fly it in
spite of the high performance of this wing. You will find a lot of
confidence due to the massive passive safety and extra comfort in
flight. Many new features are reveled here: 3 risers, a record in line
consumption, a high arch giving more pressure and tuck resistance,
trapezoidal leading edge entries and AR of 6 with a new profile to
enhance an accurate handling to get the most out of weak days and poor
thermals.
Three risers with a high vault and a minimum line consumption, only 277m
in the M size. The projected surface does excel in thermal flying and
poor lift.
New tension cut that enhances the pressure in the leading edge and
trailing edge. This does improve the general balance and turn radius.
Now only little brake input is necessary to have a great handling. Cell width reduces across the span, towards the tips. There are two
kinds of diagonal ribs, depending on the thickness and width of the
cell. No external seams on either top or bottom surface. No intermediate
cells. Minimum canopy weight. a little more of 6Kg. in the M size. Extensive
R&D has been applied here to save every gram. Minimum double leading
edge reinforcements and a new profile air flow hole system to save
fabric in the internal structure. Result is a light inflation in any
wind condition. Line set is made from highly durable sheathed Aramid lowers and UV
treated unsheathed mids and uppers.
